Our team has provided support to users from over 60 countries in the last year. More about StatSupport The StatSupport programme has been launched by Interpress, the communications company that has been responsible for Eurostat User Support in English and whose background includes many years contract work with the European Commission as well as industry in Europe. There is a need for a service which goes beyond the normal constraints of user support systems to give more detail in answers, more help in understanding the data provided and more time and money saved by having data extractions produced exactly as the user needs and without the requirement to monitor release schedules. How it works - in simple terms When you join the programme you become a personal member. You have a member ID which you quote on your communications with us or advise to us by phone when you call. The user i.d. is important to have available when you call or email us. We will get to know the areas in which you are interested so that we are best able to provide relevant support to you. When you have ordered scheduled data extractions you will receive them automatically. We monitor the release calendars and do the rest according to the specification we have agreed with you. In all cases we maintain client confidentiality at maximum level.
Handling requests/queries If you have a statistics query logged with us you don't need to call or log in to see what is happening, your request code which we will give you when you submit a request will be visible on the traffic page with an expected resolution time next to it. If we have any updates or changes to tell you concerning your request you will hear from us promptly.

Data extraction and delivery by email Prices per datafile extraction start from 30€/40$/£26, delivered in Excel or other format compatible with your systems. Also note that additional datafile extractions ordered at the same time as the first file come at reduced cost. The savings can be significant. Call or email us for the best solution. Discounts, normally 10% These are applied where you order data extraction services in advance for the coming one year period and apply to all services ordered at the same time. Discounts are applied to other volume data or research purchases subject to their specifications. Full service members receive this discount when they set up data extractions in advance.
